About Us

I started Eunoia Coffee Co to explore an intrinsic thought - that coffee is more than just a drink; it’s a special state of mind that can induce balance and beauty. Inspired by the definition of Eunoia, “beautiful thinking,” I set out to start my mobile coffee cart to try and share a thoughtful, balanced, and genuinely special experience, within a cup of coffee. I’ve always enjoyed café-hopping to discover the tastiest trending drinks on the scene, and now I’m bringing my tailored selection of favorite beverages to fellow coffee enthusiasts!

My husband and I are dedicated to teaching our two children that hard work, perseverance and a balanced mind, invites prosperity and love into our lives. Thank you for your considerations and we hope you choose Eunoia for your next event.
