Bookings and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

• 50% of the total event balance is due 7 days prior to the event. This payment is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled event.

• Full payment is due prior to or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations

• Clients may cancel their booking at any time, but deposits and applicable pre-payments are non-refundable as described above.

• If Eunoia Coffee Co. must cancel for any reason, all funds paid will be refunded in full.

Service Disclaimer

• While we make every effort to meet client expectations, availability of certain drinks or ingredients may vary due to seasonality or unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions when necessary.

Intellectual Property

• All website content including text, logos, photos, and menu descriptions are owned by Eunoia Coffee Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Eunoia Coffee Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use our website and services, you accept any revised terms.
