What areas do you serve?
Eunoia proudly serves the Denver Metro area, including Aurora, Boulder, and surrounding communities. If your event is outside these areas, please reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What types of events do you cater?
We cater to a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, and community events. Our goal is to bring an elevated coffee experience to any occasion.

What are your setup requirements?
Our mobile coffee cart requires a minimum space of 6' by 5' for the setup and our baristas. We'll also need access to a standard 15-amp power outlet.

Do you offer dairy-free or decaf options?
Absolutely. We provide whole milk and oat milk at no extra charge. Decaf coffee is available upon request. Please inform us ahead of time if you'd like decaf to be included in your menu.

Do you offer cart customizations for my event?
Yes, we offer customization options such as branded cups, personalized menus, and cart branding to align with your event's theme or corporate identity. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

How far in advance should I book for my event?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. However, we understand that events can come up on short notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

What is included in your service?
Our service includes a full espresso bar with 2 professional baristas, a selection of espresso-based drinks (served hot or iced), house-made syrups or high quality natural syrups, and all necessary equipment and disposables. We handle setup and breakdown, providing a seamless experience for your event.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, to secure your event date, we require a non-refundable $250 deposit that is applied towards your final cost at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. To reserve your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your event, any payments made toward the total balance (including the 50% due 7 days prior) will also be non-refundable. If, for any reason, Eunoia must cancel, all payments made will be fully refunded.
